ASSURE CERTIFIED™ was conceived and developed by the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) as a way to establish uniform standards of quality for all rigid core luxury vinyl flooring products sold in North America; regardless of where they are manufactured. ASSURE CERTIFIED™ standards apply to WPC or SPC construction. Rigid core luxury vinyl products that carry the ASSURE CERTIFIED™ badge have been tested and certified by SCS Global, an international leader in third-party certification and standards development. You can be assured that this rigid core luxury vinyl product has been manufactured to the highest standards and meets all the ASSURE CERTIFIED™ requirements for indoor air quality, rigorous performance, and free of heavy metals content and ortho-phthalates.
Rigid core luxury vinyl flooring is North America’s fastest growing segment of resilient flooring. Because so many manufacturers are entering the market to capitalize on this popularity, RFCI, in partnership with member manufacturers and SCS Global, have determined uniform quality standards to ensure continued consumer confidence, trust and satisfaction with rigid core flooring solutions for homes or businesses.

An on-site audit has been conducted of the manufacturing facility and confirmed compliant quality control procedures, material inputs, and scope of products intended for certification*.
*If previous onsite internal audits have been conducted through FloorScore® certification program for the manufacturing facility, and continued conformance is met, the onsite audit requirement is waived.
